Wow! Thanks for sharing! Nv use tt method b4. This is wat i usually do.
Step 1: Open desired image Step 2: Duplicate image n change e layer to 'overlay' Step 3: On the duplicated layer, go to filter ----> noise ---> median. Change the setting as much as you like. (Optional) Go to the original image and choose gaussian blur. around 3 px shd do e job
You can stop here if you're changing one whole picture (char + background), but continue if you only have ur cropped out character or object.
Step 4: press ctrl and click at the original image Step 5: Go to the duplicated image and press shift+control+i Step 6: Press delete 2x
Last step: Merge the image! ^^
Anybody having problem can pm me!

Okay okay, here I am ! Now, take the next show ^_^ Different, ne ? B4 -----------------------------------------------------------------------after Step 1 : On the menubar choose New. Then fill the board ... following : (remember to check the transparent) ->ok Step 2: Now you have a new page, it's very small, zoom it up to 1600 % Step 3 : Choose the pencil tool Then right click at the page -> 1px Draw like this : Step 4 : Menubar -> Edit -> Define Pattern A new window will be opened, gave it a name, and remember it ( I choose "caro") Okay, now there's nothing to do with that, you can close the page without saving .... ^^ Step 5Open the image you want to try step 6Make it more bright ( I've showed you ) Then click on that symbol to make a new layer step 6 Edit ->fill There's a new window : Use : Pattern Current used <click on the name you just add> Then, step 7Now duplicate "layer 1" . Click on the "layer 1 copy" From the menubar -> filter -> pixelater -> fragment

step 8Changing both "layer 1" and "layer 1 copy" to Overlay , then reduce the Opacity (it's up to ya) like this: step 9Make a new layer and add something you want ^_^ I make it like this : You may duplicate the layer that you've draw in, and make it blur.... It'd better ! ~Done~
