Here, I've showed it ^^ Okay okay, here I am ! Now, take the next show ^_^ Different, ne ? B4 -----------------------------------------------------------------------after Step 1 : On the menubar choose New. Then fill the board ... following : (remember to check the transparent) ->ok Step 2: Now you have a new page, it's very small, zoom it up to 1600 % Step 3 : Choose the pencil tool Then right click at the page -> 1px Draw like this : Step 4 : Menubar -> Edit -> Define Pattern A new window will be opened, gave it a name, and remember it ( I choose "caro") Okay, now there's nothing to do with that, you can close the page without saving .... ^^ Step 5Open the image you want to try step 6Make it more bright ( I've showed you ) Then click on that symbol to make a new layer step 6 Edit ->fill There's a new window : Use : Pattern Current used <click on the name you just add> Then, If you want the square like my Siggie, then don't do step 7 ^^... Just change the layer which has square on it to Overlay ^^

I hate my memory >>'''
How do you put color over the picture, like making it greenish? I knew how to do it, and then I forgot, and I knew again, and I forgot again >>''

There are 2 ways of doing it.
First is u press ctrl+u to change the hue and saturation. Check the box colorize. Then just adjust it to how you like it to be.
Second one wld b u create a new layer on top of that one layer u want to color and change the layer to 'color' Then just get the paint bucket tool or gradient tool and fill it green!
[Additional note: If you want only let's say, a cropped image to be green, not the whole picture, including background, press ctrl while clicking on the layer of ur cropped imageT then create a new layer n change it to 'color'. Then grab the paint bucket tool or gradient tool and splashed it with color!]

Tried the first, didn't work. Know the second, but don't want to do it that way.
Both aren't familiar either, so they aren't the ones I want...

I remembered there's another way as well. But it worked only in photoshop elements... Mine doesnt...
The 1st step is supposedly the easiest... try again? It's the shortest n most efficient. 2nd one is super easy n is commonly used by ppl hu make wallpaper n stuffs... At least my friends from minitokyo do...

Calm down, Angie, Kyubinaruto have given you the fastest way : First is u press ctrl+u to change the hue and saturation. Check the box colorize. Then just adjust it to how you like it to be. Why can't it work ? I don't know >_< I know anotherway, on the menubar choose IMAGE -> ADJUSTMENTS -> COLOR BALANCE Err, don't know if it can help ^^'
