Depends on the situation.
1. Kaito gets into an accident and Jii tells Aoko the truth = Shock, sadness and hatred (in my fanfic)
2. Aoko pulls off the disguise = Shock, sadness and hatred
3. Akako tells her the truth = Shock, sadness and hatred
4. Kaito tells her the truth = Shock, sadness and hatred
5. Aoko figures it out = Sadness and hatred
Okay, generally it's just shock, sadness and hatred. If you think logically, you'll say she won't beat him up.
Yes, I'm starting to be very logical, so bear with it. >.>
I'd rather write them in a fanfic than discussing it though.

Yeah, I think however way she finds out, there's going to be some difficult times ahead, both for Kaito and Aoko both. Even if they do work it out in the end.
Rather like a minefeild, waiting to go off...

The explanation to it will soften her heart. I'm sure she'll think that if she were Kaito, she would probably do the same thing.
There're also other kinds of ending.
1. Kaito/Kid sacrificed himself to destroy the pandora gem. Aoko finds out his identity through Kuroba-san. = Forever Sadness
2. Kaito/Kid sacrificed himself. Aoko never found out. = Aoko will be like Ran who waited for Shinichi.
3. Kaito/Kid sacrificed himself. Aoko learns a different ending (but knows Kaito died). = Other than sadness, nothing else.
4. Kaito succeeds, stops being Kid, but never tell her the truth. = Nothing happens
