File 680 arc- Solution Debating

No real mystery in this issue. Though, I think this may be the beginning of an arc in which detectives will team up.

As for this chapter, there's enough information given to figure out the identity of these characters, and what they were talking about when they said 'It'd be great if everyone ended up getting killed."

Quick hints:
-We know who they are
-The woman's deduction skills are a hint
-Conan and Heiji have met them, but Prof. Agasa and Ai have not.

Kansuke and Yui from Nagano?
But what would they want with
Kogoro/Conan I wonder?
His advice that would lead to another case maybe?

Anyhow the chapter has Ai in it so I'm happy.
Conan used the term "that person" too, same as the BO people?
Agasa repeated it,so maybe that's why she took the phone?

Inspector Kensuke joined the Black org or
is being pressed to to kill everyone.
Now it all make sense.

Anyway the whole talk about killing,
is just a misunderstanding would be my guess.

Although I still don't get what do they mean by it,
Maybe it's a clue on a case they are working on.
