Does anyone remember what chapter this was in? Shinichi sent a text message from his cell phone that said "OK" completely in little hearts.
It's driving me crazy!! I need to know!

Whaaa~? That must be some fanart or doujinshi... At least I don't remember ever seeing Shinichi being all mushy and fluffy...

that was at the start of the face-off between the doctor aka Chris Vineyard and Jodie Saintemillion, at the very beginning of the Haunted Ship arc. Lemme look that up for a sec ... /edit: right. You can find it in chapter number 429 page 10. It should correspond to volume 42 chapter 5 (page 10 again I guess). By the way, Shinichi received that message, he didn't send it. I think it was sent by Jodie or something like that? (Not with any meaning behind those hearts of course, Jodie is just like that.) Well, I just thought Jodie sent it, because Araide-sensei wouldn't do that (even if he's really Chris Vineyard, she's got to act his personality, which is a serious one). So the only one who remains and could have sent the message is Jodie. Shinichi already talked everything over with Heiji (and Heiji isn't one to send such messages, sorry fangirls  ), and Shinichi still had to examine his own house to discover his mom was in the neighbourhood. Well, I never really figured from who exactly he got the message, so I just blamed Jodie ;D |

Because of all the hearts, two persons could have sent this to Conan: Jodie and Yukiko.
There are two reasons that make me guess that it was most likely Yukiko.
1) She was in the Kudou Mansion when that text message was sent. We don't know Jodie-sensei's location at that point.
2) OK is most likely an answer to a query that Conan sent. As soon as Conan knew that Vermouth was involved, Yukiko was part of the plan that he set in motion. He just didn't expect her in Beika-cho so soon - that's why he was surprised. ^^
