Not sure if I would even call them manga. There's this special editions from 'Shonen Sunday Comics Visual Selection', where the manga is made out of captures of the anime. I wonder if anybody know about it, and where I can get a list of this edition. I would scan the cover and show it now, but I have no idea where the scanner went...

I'm not really sure myself...all it says is that it's Shonen Sunday Comics Visual Selection, and on the last page, there's a list of people credited (the anime crew, VAs) as well as the copyright, and oh! It's published by Shogakukan Inc., mandarin translation rights arranged with Shogakukan Inc. through JFC/BARDON. Errr, don't think I really made any sense... But that's really just it. It has two to three cases in each book, all directly from the anime.

Maybe it's only published in Japanese and Chinese, I don't know. I'm trying to look for it online at the moment.

*scratch scratch* Can't help you much... The only thing I know is, that there are such editions for the movies... In the mangaviewer there are such scans for the 3rd and the 2nd movie...
