At an 60-storey buliding. Outside the police was surounding the building and people was evacuating off the property. Helicopters was flying around the buliding. People was crowding around the place. In a police van army officials and police officials was arguing about the situation.
"You need to hand it over to the Army, the situation is to tense" said one official.

On at 2000 hrs. The Minister of had enter in to Haido tower on a meeting with a senator from America. Shoryu said to her. But one of the office droids had seized some weapons and taken over the whole floor
So why is the Army involved? Kisaki asked.
