Kaito vs Kid

Ok if u hv noticed, the kaito from the DC manga and the kaito from the Kaito's manga are a lot diferent

In DC is way much cool, hes magic tricks are better, and looks like a as smart as shinishi

On Kaito's manga hes a big dumb, he know very good magic tricks but he mage to escape the police just by a bit

So, what do u think about it?

Is that because theres a lot of time between the two mangas (that would supose kid is 18+ years old)

or u can put ur own theory

In DC, he doesnt escape Conan by very much either. He is smarter and slicker in DC, but dont count out MK's Kaitou.

MK is intended to be much more comical. A perfect Kaito doesn't bring any comic relief.

I agree with gud about that, I think the art form is more light in mk then in dc

it's because in DC Aoyama-sensei is older and gets more experiment in drawing. Then, Kaitou's greater and as well as Shinichi.

well, if you compare Gosho's first series to DC you can tell they get better...maybe because you can see hw the inspector changes..

but i did see some screen shots...and they made Kaito looks really dumb....

but i do like Hakuba and Aoko..

I have no idea why Gosho decided to write soo many Detective Conan files when they're only three Magic Kaitou volumes. I guess the plot in Detective Conan is much more interesting and the manga has become quite famous especially in China... But still, there's no reason not to continue Magic Kaitou and finnish what he started....
