Also, Hakuba's analysis said Kid is "attentive but impatient." (Some scanaltions said "have lots of power but lacks intention," this is wrong.)
But... is "attentive but impatient" somewhat contradicting itself? I feel like that, but I wonder if you have different opinion...

Hm...well I don't think it's an oxymoron *remembers her literarture studies* btw. Good question, really! O.O
I think it was meant that he has an eye on everything, but he can ruin everything with his impatience, and eventhough he is attentive, his impatience gots him into trouble. You're right, that it seems impossible to be impatience and attentive at onetime, but I think this was meant, I rather think Hakuba didn't intend to say that impatience and and being attentive are "taking over" Kid's "moves" at the same time.
Wow, that's the same with Shinichi. Has a wonderfull logic, but his very impatient sometimes. ^^

But, then, we need to see Kaito as extremely impatient... He seemed hyperactive at class.

I can totally relate. Its one thing to be smart, perceptive, attentive, and observant. Even thoughtful and cunning. But even the best laid plans require waiting, and sometimes thats just not easy to do despite cunning intent. Better now?

The word 'but' makes it a little weird to me. But Mac has a good reasoning there. Even though it's best to look at it in Saguru-kun---I mean, Hakuba's point of view (cuz that trait can't be gotten from a single strand of hair XP). He probably found that Kid is attentive, or observant, during his heist (making sure everything is carried out perfectly), but impatient to carry it out (trying to get to the gem on time and such).
