I'm in a hurry, so I'll post one way. All you have to do is create them through many layers... uh... that's what I do anyway... It will depend if you want a Template with it... I'm not the best at explaining, I'm sorry if you can't understand some parts. Moving Template01.) Open the picture you wish to use and name the layer 'Picture'. 02.) Find a template. 03.) Create a new layer named 'Template' and paste your template onto it. >Make sure the image size of the picture is 100x100, if not, use Image Size or Canvas Size.< (Open the template, press ctrl+a to select all and press ctrl+c to copy. Ctrl+v is for pasting) 04.) Add the small details aka fill in the places you want to fill. 05.) Now go to Window and open 'Animation'. And a new window will pop up. 06.) Click on 'Duplicate Frame' inside the Animations Window. 07.) Fix up what you want seen and unseen in the frames. >Make sure you have the Template and Picture seen.< (Use the eye-like thingies beside the layer.) 08.) Set the time delay. 09.) Save using 'Save Optimized as...' Result:::

I hope it wasn't too confusing! I would continue... but I think you get how to use it already... it's easy to find out after being able to do the Template Trick.

By 'sugoi' I mean that your picture is beyond my capabilities and thus meaning... 'wonderful' or something like that.

(Sorry for the late reply, I was in Shanghai for the week.) What do you mean by animation? A movie? You can't make a movie through ImageReady(no sounds ). You can only make animated pictures. I don't think there are any tools to make an movie there.
