i started playing the piano when i was 8.... ithink i posted this before, anyway
i've started to play the sond call fantasie impromptu by Chopin. can anybody here play this song? any advice/suggestion? it's damn difficult.

you must be in a higher level than me...
i just learned the Moonlight Sonata...i memorized the first movement in one week...and its stuck in my head....
im doing my grade 8 practical exam in January....wish me luck ppl..i might need it....and in January..it also marked my two years anniversary for starting piano...i started when i was 13...kinda late...

I never took formal lessons, but I taught myself how to play. I got good enough to play both parts of Chopsticks by myself, then ended up getting bored with no piano books or anything. I can hardly read bass or treble cleff, anyways. I play viola so I read alto cleff, and I read treble okay because I'm a soprano, but otherwise I'm pretty lost XP [/font]

nope...in Canada, for practical goes up to Grade 10...
but if you want to start teaching....you need ARCT...its like performance level or smth...
