The Moderators and I have decided to ban guests from posting on this forum since they often violate the rules, spam, post torrent links and so on. Guests can see the boards but not reply to them or make new threads.
If you want to post on this board, you have to register, but remember to read the rules before registering.

1) don't bump old threads (check the date) 2) at least it gives us more control over the person 3) and I think I saw a person under guest posting! I thought that was kinda weird..... the date was this month too.. ;;;;

What Chogoku said. Btw Chugoku, the guest is a member who deleted his/her account. After that, all posts appear as guest-posts.

1) don't bump old threads (check the date) btw, when a member has something to say about this, and the topic is old, where can he/she post then? If they started a new thread about the thing that already existed in another thread, it would probably be locked. and if what they post is not useless or nonsense, i think it should be OK, since the thread is for sharing opinions or asking questions

It's in the rules, Nicky^^
----- 15. Necromancy is Bad
Check the date on the thread before replying to it. If no new posts have been made for a number of days on a thread, it is dead; no one wants to talk about the topic anymore. This is not a hard and fast rule, but generally, a thread that is more than four days old is considered dead. If you have some truly meaningful input to add (not something like, "it sucks!"), then a revival is okay. Past the one or two week point, if you do want to reopen a discussion on an old thread, the best way to do it is to start a new thread with your new angle on the subject, and include a link to the old thread to indicate that you've already read it. If you don't have anything to contribute to an old topic, don't respond to it.

Guests? But they still appear on the forum every now and then. Weren't they banned?? 1) don't bump old threads! check the date before posting! the date was june 28 2006! read the rules and FAQ's and follow them!! 2) guests have been banned for a while now. they look like they appear ont he forum only because, they either deleted their account or they are guests who posted before the banned. jeez.. this thread has been bumped a couple of times, why hasn't this thread been locked yet? Jeez, not everyone can be perfect...
