I look in the Game folder to find, to my horror, no Zelda thread! The game has been out for over a month! Why is no one else here drooling over it like me?!
Anyway, since I don't think anyone will reply in this thread, I'll just get it all out of my system at once.
*spoilers, like anyone cares~* Lets see... I got the game for Christmas and it's great! Though I'm slightly disappointed on one part. The green tunic--you get it changing back from a wolf at the first spring. I thought it was lame, the whole passing it down thing was better in Windwaker. Plus that raised all sorts of questions. This way was slightly...anticlimatic, y'know? Argh, and that fairy thing in the desert! I'm going to have to do it AGAIN!! How annoying. Either way, I'm at the entrance to the sky place with 14 hearts, a hellotta bombs, a sad quiver, three bottles, and crapwallet. As well as various other things, like that rod. Funfunrod... It's fun to make statue pets.

---Spoilers Warning---
Even Twilight Princess has its downs. I bought it two days when it was released in GameCube. I have to say, the difficulty of the game was not what I've come to expect. It was too easy. Anyways, the story line was great, but I still wished that it followed the series of OoT and M'sM, which it did not. I don't see why the creator had to start a fresh story of Zelda. Overall, it was a well game. However, the ending was still the old ambiguous, mysterious, and seemingly empty ending like the previous Zelda's. *sigh* Why does it have to end like that. I'm starting to admire the MindaXLink relationship. Oh, and by the way, Minda was so beautiful in her true form. ^.^

True form? Oooh, I'm jealous. I'll have to beat it soon. Too easy? Dang. I knew there was something wrong. No wonder I got this far this fast. Ah well, I can lord it over my sibling who is struggling with it. They usually beat me at video games. As for that continuation? I think its dead. They've come out with two gamecube and several gameboy games since then. I think there's a DS one coming out soon too and its similar to windwaker, but I don't have a DS so *begins dancing around gleefully* Someone replied!

Yes, the DS version is going to be called Phantom Hourglass (supposedly a sequel to WindWaker). Anyways, I don't play those type of games: so.. childish looking. I only play the ones that have the style like Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask.
I hope they will make a sequel to Twilight Princess. They got a pretty good start on the story-line. If so, I hope that Minda and Link cross paths again. She might have the opportunity to finish her sentence that she hesitated during the end of Twilight Princess ("I..."). Is it love I sense? ^.^
Link has much character in this game. Well, at least for his expressions, which he so lacked on in other games.
As for its story-line, it gives SO many questions. Everything is so inconclusive, even at the end. It will be a shame to not make a sequel.

Zelda games come in pairs. There will definitely be some game in the future related to Twilight Princess in some way, shape, or form.
Also, Nintendo has NOT released an official timeline for Zelda yet... So, by saying "I don't see why the creator had to start a fresh story of Zelda." is totally inaccurate. Wind Waker had a different story, Four Swords had a different story, Ocarina of Time had a different story; I think I've proven my point.
Btw, this thread is FILLED with spoilers already. I'm going to add a spoiler warning for those who haven't beaten the game already.

I thought I've made my point when I mentioned Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. I meant "fresh story" as not related to those two. Majora's Mask took place after Ocarina of Time. Of course, if you think about WindWaker and all sorts of Zelda games you won't question that. But as for something like the series (OoT & M'sM), it's sad that they didn't continue.
Man I would hate to get a Wii in order to play future Zelda(s).

You're contradicting yourself...
Anyway, Wii is the 'next generation' gaming system for Nintendo. A new system won't appear for at least 5 years. I don't think there's any way around NOT playing the next Zelda on Wii. :/ (Not referring to the DS or any future handheld Zeldas here.) Guess you're just going to hate it, but that's life.
And from what you said about OoT and MM, as I stated before, there's no set timeline. There's a chance later on the Child Link/Hero of Time featured in OoT end/MM could return, mentioned in another story like TP or WW, but I seriously doubt it. Though I do see where you're coming from.

Why, Spartan! *gasp* Are you an eye-candy gamer? *tsk tsk* Shame!
Windwaker may look a bit childish, but it's got interesting gameplay *shrug*
I borrowed a Wii, and... well... I had a hard time with it *shrug* Gamecube was simply easier to fight with.
And, y'know...I kinda consider ThiS to be the continuation. Might not be the SaMe Link, but, y'know...

Well, I don't often (at all) play rated E games. I mostly own M horror games with decent graphics, which puts some realism in them. ^.^ Don't take my judgments seriously, because I lack interest in games like WW (take me as crazy).
And just to mention it, I have nothing against Wii. People have different tastes and such, but to back it up, I would hate to get another game system (since I have a Xbox 360) to play such awesome game like Zelda.
How far are you in TP?

I am...*dum dum duh!* still at the sky temple... XD I haven't played in the last few days because my brother learned the wonders of Zelda AnD walkthroughs Made me want to beat him over the head. Ack, horror games? I suck at those...I spent the entire shadow temple in OoT jumping at every sound--just imagine me playing a ReAL horror game XD My brother has a Xbox 360 at the other house...plays Halo2 and...Gears of War? is it? Anyway, Halo is amusing, PvP (running in and dying for me, basically...maybe a few potshots before collapsing) but GoW?? is confusing...the controls are WieRd
