do the best of conan cd's have actual singing or are they insturmentle?

I'm not too sure. I htink it's both singing and just the insturmentle. because some of them are the endings and openings of DC and some of them are the insturmentle, the background music you heard in the episodes I think.

Depends on which music you mean, but i agree with Chugoku-jinko, they're a mix of both..
