I know this will probably be impossible, but is there piano sheet music for the "main theme" (background music)? I don't need the other ones, just that.

no, I don't think there's a piano sheet for the main theme of DC. I only saw 1 piano sheet for winter bells (I think) only.

You could go to music sheets sites such as:
-Ichigo's sheet music
-Josh's sheet music/index
They have a wide varity of music sheets that you could choose from, but they only have one or two DC music piano sheets.
