I'm going to give a English speech in a speech contest 2weeks later. The question is I don't know which topic is hot.I want to make it as funny and interesting as possible.(Don't say Conan,I know it's a good topic but I'm afraid the Australian teachers and expert won't like it).l So would you plz give me some advice?Any topic is OK.

Not because the teachers may not like Detective Conan but speaking cartoon or entertainment in class or study does not give high marks to your exam or speech. but what do you think is hot. others may not really think the same... Australia may face different hot topics that you may not know. But if you ask topic, how about youths taking drugs.
