The 'to' - infinitive 1. The ‘to’ – infinitive is written ‘to’ + a present tense verb. e.g. to eat, to play, etc.
2. Uses of the ‘to’ – infinitive. a. to show purpose or intention. e.g. I want to visit you. I intend to help Mary. b. to express a desire or feeling that something should be done. e.g. We ought to tell her the truth. You ought to have regular meals. c. to show that something is going to take place. In this case, it is used with ‘about’ or ‘due’. e.g. Your favourite programme is about to start. The train to Penang is due to arrive tomorrow. d. to express a command or an order. In this case, it is used with verbs to be (‘is’, ‘are’, ‘was’, ‘were’, ‘am’) or ‘has’, ‘had’ and ‘have’. e.g. You are to remain here until the bell rings. We had to stay back in school until 3.00 p.m. yesterday. e. It can be used with adjectives like ‘pleased’, ‘happy’, ‘sorry’, ‘shocked’, ‘careful’, ‘delighted’, etc. e.g. I am anxious to hear about your trip. We were shocked to see how ill Mary looked.
Remember --Verbs such as ‘make’, ‘go’, ‘swim’ and ‘see’ are called infinitives. --These verbs are often used with ‘to’. The word ‘to’ is put in front of the verb. --You should remember this rule: to + a plural verb in the simple present tense e.g. to go to see to walk

' but it is ' ?! ' in English? because i have seen it written that way it can be either way, but "?!" looks more appropriate It's mostly "?!" becuase it is a question like "WHAT?!" its a question, so yuo put the "?" first, but it has energy into it. SO, its a "?" with "!", so it is "?!" hope that clears it up!

My teacher never mention anything about how to use it
