For example "Arigatou", I don't know how to pronounce. Do you read them in English way? But English is also uncertained in pronunciation. from this writing you can't either see any accent. Of course I know Arigatou, but when I meet some new words, how do I read them? Can anyone help me?

Read it just the way you see it. When Japanese is written using English alphabet, their sounds are written. Unlike in English, in Japanese, you read what you see. (which makes is so much easier once you understand the language)
But don't put accent on "r" like many people I know do. No accents, just read what it says

It was hard for me to get the R thing down Its like a combo of R and L You can hear the r but you can aslo hear the L
and for the vowel pronounciation....
A = Ah I = ee U = oo (like in Look) E = eh O = oh
ah.li.gah.toh ^^

You have to be very careful at saying 'r'. It's not like English very much. 'ri' always pronounce like 'li', but when you type it, you can't use 'li'.

And another, japanese are not using the letter "L", for example, Philippines, japaneese pronounced it as "Pirupines"
in name examlpe, the name Rocel, japaneese pronouced it as Rosero-san/nii-chan
