How do people not know it's a virus? I don't know a whole lot about viruses, but unsafe programs like this couldn't be good. I don't see this as necessary, as we don't promote the subbing/fansubbing of episodes anyway.

I'm deleting this link as it could be unsafe. If you want to check with the admin, feel free to do so. But I sure as hell won't download this on my PC and I'd advise others not to do so as well due to the huge risk factor.
