I thought - are threads ever deleted instead of locked? because sometimes the forum looks like a mess when +4 threads have been started and locked on the same board.
My point with this is: Most times locking is the right approach. But I thought that locking would be most appropriate with bumped threads, while threads repeated for the Xth time could be deleted. I look forward to hear what the mods and the admin think of this.

Well, if you saw the staff board and how many things are left unchanged because of the lack of actually caring from the majority of the staff, then you would see it will probably never happen and that it was pointless to post this but... Why not? I'll go ahead and respond.
Keeping the threads around is actually useful in case someone actually asks a mod to reopen it for them so they can post something useful. OR, they can be left lying around for sufficient evidence against someone breaking the rules, if they happen to deny they broke them.
If this actually goes through... 'What will be done?' is all I have to ask myself. Sure it gets a little messy, but who's going to do the clean up? Not me. I've tried suggesting things to make this forum better and I'm damn done trying. No matter how this post may look in some people's eyes, I think this is a good suggestion Kentaru, really. We could use more people like you to help this forum... Of course, I've been saying that all along. Ha. But yeah, deleting might be worthwhile in the event some n00b comes along. I'll try to do my best.
And I reaaaallllly wanna say something as a shout out, but I won't in the event they might actually read it. >>;

I like that idea. This whole forum needs a good cleaning up. Though as my twin said nothing ever really gets done here.

Well, Fruits is right about the 'denying they broke the rules' thing, and yet, this forum needs to be cleaned up... And if a noob denies, who would you believe? A Mod or a noob?
I'm in for this, we should clean up a little.

If they deny it a screenshot should be enough to prove them wrong. But I don't think it would be necessary in most cases.
