I still can't understand why most people can't stop complaining about noobs Can you answer this??
Are you born IT professional? Or did you become a skilled board member by coincidence?
If so, Being good in something is not a perfect motive to complain about others who didn’t had chance to learn
If u want a little plant to grow up and gives you ripe produce, then you must give it little space to grow up So they can learn and became professional just like you,
If these new members (noobs) were making many mistakes, I think it's not only the Moderators responsible… All others members are blamed too… People have to work together to put up their aims and build the future If you love this forum so much and really wish you could help in developing it You don’t have to be a Mod. , I suggest that you can advise those little noobs in a nice PM , helping them in posting Instead of embarrassing them in such threads like these,
Another thing, about members who don’t post for two months or more, deleting an account is unfair, you can't be sure of the reason of not posting And who knows what problems they have, and what hard situation they are facing,[/color] The reason we do a board clean up once a year is because a single mod has to go through every thread past 3-6 pages and delete every single one. ((If there is an easier way, please tell me.)) It's time consuming and pretty boring. Thats what I call a wise response I could say many things about that but I don’t want any member to take it personally I am just sick of this world I am tried of training selfish people, who don't care about the next generation Like if this entire world is created for them only So excuse me if I act garishly on this subject I just don’t wanna see same problems from outer world affecting on this forum

Maybe I am using noob in the sense of not a new member, but an annoying person who spams and has the ten recent messages with their name on all of them.
PS, I don't want to be a mod, as I have said so atleast twice on this board.

Maybe you don’t mean new members, but from my observation, most of spammers are new memebers PS, I don't want to be a mod, as I have said so atleast twice on this board. I didn’t say you wanted to be a mod,, or you have to be a mod I am just suggesting that you can help members here even if you weren't planning to be a mod, I hope that I had explained it well child: That's one long post ^^''' Sorry Lucy-San , me sometimes has a very big mouth

No no, I mean when Kaito comes home to me, she can delete them if she wants ^^'' Only admin and Smod (I think) can delete members, that's right. I don't think it's necassary (gah can't spell it) to delete members. The member count doens't really matter I think.... but that's just my opinion.

We delete members who have been registered for a year with 1-0 posts I think, and have logged in only once during the whole year.

When it comes to enforcing the guidelines, I notice folks cursing on a regular basis, many these people do will be room the word as well as adjust your words. It's not necessary to seek out these individuals, however I notice principles getting damaged on threads that will moderators in addition to Admins submitted on.
