My english is decent, I refuse to say it's perfect. My grammar is very good, my spelling is acceptable, but my punctuation is somewhere around atrocious. And I always make stupid mistakes when I'm in a hurry or typing fast. Nobody has perfect English, because English is a dumb language. ><; (Ok that might not be true, but I also don't believe in the concept of 'perfect'.) So, I can do grammar help. And a decent amount of vocabulary help.

actually, neighbour can be spelt two ways- one with the u and one without. it just depends if you follow british or american spelling. in my country, we spell it as neighbour with the u.
