So, as perhaps (maybe) some of you may know, DEATH NOTE is set to broadcast in Japan as an anime series soon, starting October 3rd. so I just want to first get a sense of - HOW MANY PEOPLE HERE HAVE READ THE MANGA?! and when the anime airs, we can talk about the quality and such also.

i didn't read the mange but from what i heard ....they said that their crimes tricks is more complicated than dc crimes tricks .... but even if it is like that , it will not be like dc in my opinion...

Ohh... its WAYYY more psychological... though the scale and imaginary factors are much more limited.
But you will have a much harder time thinking up all the tricks in DN. Read the manga...

holy... its ALMOST 36 hours since the broadcast... if in the next 5.5 hours, no subbed version comes out... then I would be WRONG! 0_o;;;

death note distracted me from DC ;D. in my opinion, it's more complicated, and that's one of the reason i like it. also, the drawing style is cooler. XD

a lot of my friends in thailand went to see the movie already >< i want to see it too btw, seems like the first episode (RAW) is now up for download, any idea the subbed one will be available?

uh... the raw was encoded really badly... and I think all the sub groups are saying: !sumiyasen!!! to each other and trying to figure out who is ACTUALLY subbing it. there's quite a bit of conflict, so as of now, there is no fansubs of it yet.

I just watched two episodes I love it. Is there a end yet in the manga and is there a manga scanlation site on the internet somewhere?
