Make it simple: Break rules = Punishment after a fair warning. ::sigh:: thats what Fruits was trying to tell you. That's what happens. You think we don't do anything when a member breaks the rules. As to this other forum that is so bliss, is it a new or small one? Because before Pound came and made us mods, everyone was posting everywhere, flooding was in every topic, and it was generally a mess. One we cleaned it up and started modding, dumbass n00bs would come and mess everything up. Not so bad until the torrent of new members flowed in past the thousands. Our board started crashing and deleting stuff and the like untill we finally spent, like, a week cleaning everything up. It was long and boring and no one want's to do it again. Thus, the rules were written. If you don't want to follow them, fine. But don't be crying after your warnings and get banned.

It will... you need to carry out primary treatment and also notify that person with Personal Information precisely what not to ever carry out. When i detest seeing topics everywhere you go where mods usually are informing folks off of as opposed to dealing with the particular topic.
